Our approach follows a four step process, we use a number of tools including creating a validation workshop with senior executives to frame the topics for a more collaborative “safe” peer workshop where executives can hear and share observations on post-pandemic working.

We are passionate about the changing face of the organisation and the key role employees will take in shaping future operational models, as such we regularly monitor publicly available information, opinion, surveys etc on the future of work as well as speaking to many senior execs on a daily basis, we are happy to share our own thinking and perspectives referencing our research with you, in our initial "chemistry" consultation session.
